We sell NCAA seats and tickets for all College Arenas at a premium above face value and are not associated with any NCAA team, venue or the Schottenstein Center.
Refunds for Buckeyes must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, sales are final, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges. Prime Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If an Columbus event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus any shipping or handling fees will be refunded to the customer unless the cancellation is due to an act of nature (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.
