Del Mar Thoroughbred Racing tickets are offered through Prime Seat Nationwide ticket brokers providing Nascar, horse racing, concert, theater, and sports tickets for over 14 years. We sell Del Mar seats and tickets for all race tracks at a premium above face value and are not associated with any Nascar team or the Del Mar Race Course. Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges.
Prime Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If a Del Mar event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the Thoroughbred Racing event tickets minus any shipping or handling fees will be refunded to the customer unless the cancellation is due to an act of nature (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.
