Shell Houston Open tickets are offered through Prime Seat Nationwide ticket brokers providing PGA, concert, theater, and sports tickets for over 14 years. We sell Shell seats and tickets for all courses and clubs at a premium above face value and are not associated with any Golf team or the Redstone Golf Club. Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise all sales are final and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges.
Prime Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If a Houston event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the Shell Houston Open event tickets minus any shipping or handling fees will be refunded to the customer unless the cancellation is due to an act of nature (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.
